Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my art! I want you to love what you receive, but I also understand things happen during shipping.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

Replacements:

If you're not happy with your item for any reason, I’m happy to offer a replacement. Just contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work together to make it right.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For damaged items: I’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other exchanges/replacements: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Processing Time:

Once I receive the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing the replacement or refund (depending on the situation and your location).
